Explore Saundersfoot
Known for
The harbour beach (one of Wales's finest small harbour beaches), the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, the Wiseman's Bridge, and a small Pembrokeshire coastal village of great natural beauty
A little history
Saundersfoot grew as a coal exporting harbour — the coal from Pembrokeshire's small coalfield was exported from here. The village has become one of the most popular coastal resort destinations in Pembrokeshire. The harbour beach is genuinely outstanding.
The harbour beach is beautiful — sheltered, sandy and family-friendly. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path from Saundersfoot to Tenby is excellent. Wiseman's Bridge (where Churchill inspected troops for D-Day) for history.
